my doc is doing a scope ACL 29888 but a reconstruction

harvested the hamstring for the graft separate incision but included in the 29888...but...

when harvesting the graft he removed the original tibial tunnel screw...

i am thinking of billing it as well because it is from a different incision but the graft harvesting is bundled with the ACL...

would you bill it out?? or am i stretching it??
