Patient had an arthroscopic -assisted acl reconstruction with bone patella allograft of knee,with a lateral collateral ligament reconstruction with semitendinosus allgraft and a posterolateral corner capsulotomy and reefing of posterolateral structures. . Iam looking at 29888, , but for the others would they be 27427? and 27435 ? help thanks trent ,
