Wiki Actemra infusions and JZ modifier

Actemra comes in 3 different 400mg, 200mg and 80mg.

When using a combination of these different vials and there is no wasted amount, are we suppose to be billing each vial size individually with a JZ modifier?

Yes, you are. Each one has to have its own NDC attached to it.
