I am trying to find CPT codes for the following:

Partial Face

Active FX add'l 15 min.s of TX

Deep FX full face 30 mins
partial face
Deep FX add'l 15 min.s treatment

Deep FX full face 45 mins
neck
full face + neck

Acne scars Elevated or depressed 30 mins
Medium area
Large area

Warts per treatment (non medical)

Any help will greatly appreciated
