I am not familiar with the Activity E - Codes. Question: If a person comes into the office with a foreign body abrasion to the eye and woke up with it, how would you code it with the activity codes? Can you use E030 on it's own, such as 981.1, E030?

Activity not mentioned, i think you are right. but icd goes like
918.9/E030
