Calling all acupuncture coders!

I have a question regarding the use of the add-on codes of 97811 and 97814. I understand that in order to use these codes the patient must be repositioned and the needles reinserted, but can these codes be reported in units? What I mean is can you report these codes for each "set" of needles you reinsert? For example, if the patient is repositioned and you reinsert two sets of needles (w/o electrical stimulation), can you report code 97811 X 2 (in addtion to code 97810)?
