Hi there! I'm looking for a reference/guideline on how to code concurrent ACUTE and CHRONIC pelvic fractures. From this report, the physician is documenting both:

Principal Problem: PELVIC FX. Overview: acute comminuted and displaced fractures of the left superior and inferior pubic rami, acute nondisplaced fracture of the left sacrum, and chronic fractures of the right superior and inferior pubic rami.
