Does anyone know the code for ACLE - Acute Life Threatening Event.
 
I see this when I am coding charts from the ER. It is always a baby that has stopped breathing for no reason. The babies were always given mouth to mouth by the parents and then are brought to the ER. I use the code 789.9. I hope this helps in your situation. :rolleyes:
