How do we counts acute or chronic problem as "1 undiagnosed new problem with uncertain prognosis"
Can either acute or chronic count as new problem with uncertain prognosis?
Or can chronic issues only be counted under "number and complexity of problems addressed?" for the 3rd bullet of "One undiagnosed new problem" Does problem have to be chronic, or can it be acute?
