Question Acute Postviral Pneumonitis

I'm unsure how best to code the diagnosis of "acute postviral pneumonitis." Also, the attending has documented pneumonia as well, so he seems to be using pneumonitis and pneumonia synonymously. The type of pneumonia is not specified, nor is the virus that caused the pneumonitis/pneumonia. My thoughts are:
J18.9 Pneumonia, unspecified
B94.8 Sequela of other specified infectious and parasitic diseases

OR

J12.9 Viral pneumonia - since according to the documentation the pneumonia is due to a virus

Any suggestions/thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
