I was wondering if someone has an article or something regarding ADD & ADHD guideliness as far as the intial visit. Is it appropriate to bill developmental test (96110) along with the level of service with a modifier 25? And what are the guidelines for a follow up visits?

Please note the above is pretaining to Pediatric Patients.
