Can anyone tell me how or if they bill for hearing and vision screenings when performed during an office visit for an ADD evaluation? The physician likes to rule out any hearing or vision problems as part of her workup when she is evaluating a child for ADD. If billing the 99173 & 92551, would you use dx codes Z01.00 and Z01.10 since not being done during a preventive visit?
