I have a question regarding add-on codes. If someone could direct me to the documentation I would appreciate it. There are a little over 30 CPT codes that are add-on codes that state at the end of the description "(List seperately in addition to code for primary procedure)", and do not state what codes that it is to be used in conjunction with. For example 20985. This instance lists codes that it cannot be reported with. Am I to assume that it is appropriate with all other codes?
