I have a billing question I'm hoping you can help me with. Our new doc did a visit note for a patient here at the office that was actually a hospital follow-up. In our EHR it was coded as an initial office visit but my biller picked up that he had seen the patient in the hospital and we'd already billed out that hospital initial visit. If he is to do an addendum to this note how or what would he write?
