Wiki Addendum to CPS Billable?

I have a therapist who was asked by CPS to write an addendum to a DA, and forward the DA, Dr’s Dx Assessment ect.
She spoke on the phone, and then did the addendum related to her client, approximately 45 in of work.
Is there any billing code for this, or is this just part of providing services?
