Any opinions on whether the psych system should be documented in the Exam for ADHD med recheck?
Dr. talks about school, grades and any changes in behavior in the HPI and does general system Exam but doesn't do neuro for focal deficits or psych.

Thanks!

Well it's an established patient so that reduces the burden. Two it's a recheck to make sure the medication is performing as expected. Three as someone with ADD no H, I don't have any Psych issues just attention issues. So query the provider if the person is Hyperactive or not.

Yes, the patient is hyperactive according to the doctor. They generally do a general (const, eyes, ent, cardio, resp, skin, abdominal) exam. Wouldn't mood/affect fall under psych?
