Wiki Admin code for Medicare and office visit

I am wondering if you can bill the admin code G0008 for flu vaccine and 90662 on a a Medicare patient when the patient has a office visit with the provider? Or are you only allowed to bill G0008 and 90662 when it is a nurse visit only flu shot??
