Wiki admin code to use with J3301 in an opthamologist office

I work for an opthamologist.
Our Dr. gave a Kenalog injection J3301, into a Chalazion in and around it.
What Admin code would I use with this inj. to send to the insurance?
 
I haven't encountered this particular situation before but my thought is that 11900 would be most appropriate if the injection is strictly into the lesion and skin of the eyelid and not in the subconjunctiva tissue or the eye itself.
