We are Family Practice when billing for Adult PREVENTIVE AND SAME DAY SICK OFFICE VISIT (modifier 25 is added to both visits ) and an injection or immunization are also billed ; the Admin Codes are bundled with the Preventive visit , the PE visit is denied and the other services are paid. All plans have bundled . We have stopped billing the Admin codes . Has anyone else had this problem ? Need help
