I am looking for the Medicare accepted HCPCS for administration of methotrexate in the clinic setting for RA. Patient brought own meds.
 
Wouldn't this be CPT??
96401 Chemotherapy administration, subcutaneous or intramuscular; non-hormonal anti-neoplastic
When patient supplies own meds, you would still bill the appropriate J code, with 0 fee.
Is there something I'm missing that you are looking for a HCPCS administration code?
