Do we charge for administration of meds when pt receive blood transfusion? For example Benadryl?

They are not done concurrent but done at the same encounter/outpatient visit.

Yes.
I would ( and do ) code the injection/IVP/infusion charge. In our facility we see Lasix given with transfusions given IVP.
