Are we able to use 96365 for IV drip and 96374 IV push in conjunction with each other? Or should we use 96365 in addition to an IV push 96375 or vice versa codes? For example, patient comes in for an IV of Vancomycin with a push of Toradol.
If doing a double IV drip (96365 with 96367) or IV push (96374 and 96375) would we code both or either or?
