Is anyone having difficulty getting reimbursed for the administration of the Hepatitis vaccines? We are paid for the vaccines, but not for the administration codes, either 90471 or G0100. (this is an issue with the Medicare advantage plans)

Has anyone been successful in getting them to pay?
