When is it okay to bill an admission to the hospital if a patient delivers during that admission- my understanding is you can bill the admission when the patient is admitted without an indication for delivery. Is it also a fact that you cannot bill an admission or an NM on the day of the delivery the delivery charge whether it be Global postpartum or delivery only is included
