Can you bill 90632 (Hep A vaccine, adult dosage) when you give one Hep A shot to an adult using two .5ml vials of the pediatric Hep A formulation?
We have been buying the pediatric (0.5ml) vials because two pediatric vials cost less than one adult (1.0ml) vials.
