Hello,

Please help.

I came across ICD-10 G62.0. However this code does ask for the additional code to identify the drug. I was unable to find VELCADE (bortezomib) in the table of drugs and chemicals. Does anyone know how to locate this code?

You need to find out the type of drug and sometimes as in this case, the compounds that make up the drug. I got a T37.1 ( needs more characters) but you might want to see if you get the same one.

I want to say thank you to Debra A. Mitchell. Your reply really helped me out. I came up with ICD-10 (T45.1X5S) for adverse effect from Velcade (Bortezomib) by looking up the agent of this drug, which falls under antineoplastic. I very new when it comes to adverse effects to Chemo drugs. Feel free to comment :)
