Aetna denying all lines of service for unpointed DX code?

We have more then 300 claims Physical Exams that Aetna has denied due to the DX Z025 being on the claim form. HOWEVER -- The icd10 Z025 is ONLY pointed to G0447. So, this is what I'm not understanding. Last year, Aetna paid all of the 99393's, vaccines and admins, and the G code was a $0, but since May of this year, we recieve denials for the 99393's. They are still paying the vaccines, and saying that the PE is dienied due to Z025, but z025 is NOT pointed to the PE code-- They pay the vaccines, which are not pointed to the PE code.

Am I missing something here? Is this happening at any other practices?
