Aetna denying copt 81025 pregancy test in office OBGYN

Has anyone noticed that Aetna is no longer paying for urine pregnancy tests in the office- cpt 81025. I have searched everywhere for any new policy - and I cant find it. Only found something for midwives - for Aetna Better Health
