Hello All! Forgive me if I am late to the game but my behavioral health entity was just told by Aetna, that Aetna had a system update as of November 3rd, 2023 and as of that date you can no longer run eligibility as an entity that is has to be ran by rendering provider. I've been billing for a little while and have not heard of this. Can anyone please confirm or advise. ANY and ALL help is appreciated!
