Wiki After testing and feedback

I have a Neuropsych group that I am currently billing for. In the past they were billing for a follow-up session after the testing and feedback. They were using the 90874 code as it was with the family and to discuss community resources, etc. after testing. Is there a better code to use for this type of service?
