Have a denial for a cast change for sprained ankle. Denial says "dx inconsistent with px. I used V54.89 (other orthopedic aftercare). It's never been denied before.
Does anyone know what they might be wanting here?

This one has me stumped too. You could always try coding the symptoms as well such as ankle pain?
