Hi all, I was hoping to clear up a question with a provider. Are we able to document AKI in an outpatient setting, or would it be correct to document decreased eGFR until we have 2 low readings 90 days apart? We have 2 low readings 2 weeks apart and before their baseline was normal. Thanks!
