What is the proper dx to use for drug/alcohol screen? We have used V70.3, V70.4, V72.69 V71.3. We have also used the Primary DX such as laceration or injury for workman's comp and we still get a denial for invalid dx or not supported? Please help Thanks Andrea :confused:
