I need some help in coding these services done in a hospital setting. The physician "performed" (billing for professional component only) Stress Echo, Nuclear Stress Test, Echo, and TEE on the same day.

How would I bill all of these services?
Stress Echo - 93350-26, 93018, 93016
Nuclear Stress Test - 78452-26
Echo - 93306-26
TEE - 93312-26, 93320-26

Please let me know if this is correct?
 
Without the report i could not give definite coding but according to guidelines;

Stress echo w/one physician supervising and reading echo in hospital setting - 93351-26
Nuclear stress test with one physician supervising and reading nuclear portion - 78452-26, 93016 and 93018
echo - 93306-26 if completely separate from Stress echo
Complete TEE including color flow/pulse wave dopplers - 93312-26, 93320-26, 93325-26

All coding would need to be confirmed with documentation.
