allergies could mean anything - you need to get more specifics/info on "what type" exactly. Are you looking at just a charge slip or is that "all" the documentation says?

could be 477.8, 477.9, 995.3, could be many things...
I wouldn't code it out to asthma however...UNLESS it's stated in the note that this is some sort of asthma or related to the asthma...
