Teaching hospital and billing for the physician only....

we are getting denials for POS:

95165
Professional services for the supervision of preparation and provision of antigens for allergen immunotherapy; single or multiple antigens (specify number of doses)

We are not billing for the actual administration of the shot.

Billing the above cpt....in a hospital setting (pos 22) ANYONE getting paid
