Hello,
Can someone give me a good reference to use when trying to explain to my provider that, no matter if it is an annual allergy follow up or not the EM can't be billed on the same date as an Immunotherapy injection because there is no separate and identifiable issue. I am getting some major kickback from the office 'reviewer' who has no healthcare experience except our friend Google. TIA
