Allergy Extract coding

We need to bill for only the allergy extracts (such as cat pelt). I am unable to locate any codes for this (such as a J code). Does anyone have any experience with this? My thoughts are to use a generic J code, provide the carrier with the package insert, NDC, cost, etc. and have the patient sign a form stating they are responsible for payment if their carrier does not pay. Help please...........
