If a patient brings in their own allergy shot vials, and we administer them, do we still need an order? ( Rural Health Clinic, Nevada )

When patients bring in their own allergy serum vials and the office administers them, we bill 95115 (allergy immunotherapy, single injection) and 95117 (allergy immunotherapy, 2 or more injections) for all our primary care offices including our rural health clinics. I am not sure what you are mean by order.
