We are recieving denials from insurance companies for CPT 95117 being billed with a diagnosis of V15.09. Can anyone advise what diagnosis(s) are accepted when billed with that CPT?

I'll wager an opinion here.

I think your ICD-9-CM code would be whatever you are administering the allergy injection for (i.e., allergic rhinitis, hay fever, etc).

If the patient is not actually suffering from say allergic rhinitis or hay fever, you may want to try code
V07.1 for desensitization to allergens.

Hope this helps and again this is my opinion.
