Hi. I'm stumped. A patient came in the office saying he had an allergic response to an antibiotic ( a rash after taking Penicillan in 1979 ). Blood, skin, & oral challenge were negative - no evidence for allergy. There were no other issues or concerns raised at follow-up appt. What diagnosis code should I use?
