Has anyone billed ALLODERM (HCPC Q4116) for eyelid reconstruction. It is a payable Medicare (NGS) HCPC code, but I don't know if it is payable for eyelid surgery or if it only payable for hernia and breast reconstruction. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
