Hello All,

I am coding a medial malleolus cyst debridement where the provider documented the use of a calcium phosphate material allograft.
If I am looking at CPT code 27638 Excision or curettage of bone cyst or benign tumor, tibia or fibula; with allograft, does the graft material make a difference in whether I can use a code such as this?
