Allograft Placement Following Metacarpal Bone Lesion Excision

A bone lesion was excised from the third metacarpal and then the resulting defect was packed with freeze-dried cancellous allograft bone.

Would CPT 26200 (Excision or curettage of bone cyst or benign tumor of metacarpal) be the appropriate code, with the allograft considered inherent to the procedure, or should an unlisted procedure code (26989) be assigned due to the use of a non-autogenous bone graft?
