My Doc did a single finger allograft applicationalong with an open fracture reduction to the same finger..
I was wondering should i code this application as a 15275- 52 because it was only one finger that was involved along with the fracture procedure.... Your thoughts:o
 
Skin Substitute Grafts

Hope this helps,

The Skin Substitute Codes are set up based on location and size so for the finger the appropriate code would be 15275 for first sq. cm or less. Make sure the size is documented to recieve full reimbursement.
