Our doctor saw a patient that had previously had great toe and second toe amputated and allograft applied. He came to see us and the graft was failing. Our doctor took him back to surgery amputed distal phalanx of second toe and thoroughly I&D the great toe. To both toes he removed old graft and reapplied Wright skin graft. My question is can I charge for the skin graft and if so, would it be 15320? I have already used 28820 for the amp of 2nd toe and 11043 for I&D of great toe.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
