We are going live on Allscripts Pro PM next week and ran across the issue of billing a a screening colonoscpy turned theraputic. The trainer cannot figure out how to place a diagnosis ponter "2" in box 24E for electronic claims with V76.51 primary and 211.3 secondary with CPT 45385. If anyone has this product and knows the enhancement, I would love it if you could share. I cannot believe we are the first Allscripts Pro client that has introduced this issue.

If you have Cerner SPM, there is a work around. I had an enhancement built in SPM. You place a ***DX2 (case sensitive) in the line note box when entering charges.
