Does anybody have experience with Allscripts? I am having a horrible time trying to get answers to some questions, primarily about pulling reports and where that information is pulled from.

We have Allscripts Pro PM. Their reporting capabilities are very limited. We often have to make up our own reports using "Report Builder."

I assume you have logged a case with support asking them where the information for each report comes from. If not, my suggestion would be to do that now.

There also is a "help" function that you can access with the F1 key, and you may be able to find your answers there.
