Ambulance Modifiers/change site of pick up

Hello all,

I have a mind twister this morning, or maybe its just too early...:p
pt going into cardiac arrest they are going to scene to pick up patient. In route pt location changes to his nearest hospital.
documentation still documents Scene but pickup was still Hospital making it a HH.

If requested. Will the pickup Rendezvous cause a problem if I change it to a HH or do I technically have to leave it as a SH? :confused:
