Wiki Ambulance to another facilty for service

How do we bill for an inpatient ambulance transport when the patient is receiving services we are not able to provide? We have advice through a carrier Q and A that it should be bundled on our claim with the service provided at the other facility. Is this correct? I'd appreciate your experience on billing for this on a hospital inpatient claim. We do not own the ambulance service.

If you do not own the ambulance service, it doesn't seem like you would bill for anything. We own our ambulance service, and bill for the ambulance service when we transport for those reasons. Maybe I'm not understanding the question?
